With the extra few hundred thousand people coming in to South Africa over June and July of this year as the World Cup soccer tournament kicks off; there are going to be a lot of demands placed on the country’s road freight industry and it is important to plan carefully ahead during this time to ensure that your freighting needs are met. From truck availability to drivers, road congestion and fuel Nesh Freight is ready for your freighting needs.

Road Freight Planning

Should you need to freight quantities large or small over the June / July periods this year during the World Cup, it is imperative that your freights journey be properly planned.

This is because the roads infrastructure is going to be placed under a large demand with many roads being forced to deal with capacity traffic volumes during not only peak rush hour traffic times, but also during the usual quiet times in the day when road freight is generally transported.

Nesh Freight goes to great lengths to ensure that your cargo reaches its destination with the minimum of delays. It is to that effect that we are planning our schedules for this busy time as far in advance as possible so that we can ensure that your important road freight is delivered on time and in the same condition that it was given to us in.

From Reefer transport to container transport Nesh Freight will ensure that your road freight reaches its destination. For more information on how Nesh Freight can help you, call them on +27 11 827 9561or email on info@neshfreight.co.za

Road Freight Logistics

The logistics of road freight involves ensuring that the correct transport is available for your freight as well as a driver who is trained and experienced enough to handle the type and size of cargo he is carrying as well as be competent enough to skillfully navigate through all the hazards associated with road freighting. Nesh Freight puts all of its drivers through a rigorous training and upskilling program and ensures that they are well versed and skilled in their ability to safely get your freight from point A to point B.

There is also a concern with proper papers and clearance for road freight. The roads in South Africa have weigh stations which are there to ensure that the maximum vehicle weights are adhered to at all times by companies transporting goods via South Africa’s extensive road network. These weigh stations as well as the toll gates ensure that the county’s roads are kept in their best possible condition which means that your freight is delivered on time and in good condition.

Nesh Freight’s drivers and logistics staff are well versed in the rules and regulations of South African roads which mean that you can rest assured that your freight is safe in our hands.
